Will not allow me to invite or even see my friend is online.

I’m on the Xbox x/s version and I already have my friend added on pc through his ea id however it won’t show he’s online or even when I search his name in the social tab of the game it only comes up ...

Yh it’s still not working it’s nothing to do with the ea app it’s the game because I can’t even add anyone who isn’t on the same platform as me let alone invite my mate or even see he is online

Have you double checked that you're running the Series S/X version of the game? It might not be that, but I figured it was worth asking still. It could also be worth quickly checking the privacy and crossplay settings on the console itself just in case.
