EAHelps official response on twitter. 

"A possible workaround has been suggested by players that encourages you to use a different controller, to connect the controller directly to your console with a USB Cable, and to disconnect any headsets/additional USB or Bluetooth devices, in case that helps remove the problem -Riley"

Literally the same "help" they gave me during the beta. I'm over it, just going to uninstall and get money back.

@STEVEmadden3 Dw i had an issue on fifa 21 where i would get disconnected from online games when a card/warning cutscene plays. I had to turn hyperthreading off in my bios to fix it. Ea's response was to listen to some random person online rather than fix their game 8 months after this error was reported 😂 i got a warning on here for telling the EA guy to fix the game rather than remove links and delete posts cos of spam 😂
