@EA_Atic I ran my various tests per my links with a PS4 controller (works with Steam when joystick unplugged, works with Origin if launched through Steam, though I hear it works with Origin if using HIDhide) and a Microsoft Force Feedback 2 joystick (works with Steam if force enabled steam input and mapped as Ps4 360 or xbox one controller, though I hear it works with Origin if using hidhide and xoutput/x360).
To prevent the random pan up /down bug while using mouse, I had to clear all key bindings for controller on foot AND make them all custom in controller schemes. Due to issues with keybindings conflicting and not mapping correctly or responding in game, I had to map it in steam instead and then left controller stick layout default for where I wanted to use controller /joystick (pilot).
