Xbox Series X BF2042 Crash Persists

@EA_Atic reporting another Xbox Series X freeze and crash while playing Xbox Series X/S version of game. Can play normal Xbox One version without crash. Playing with Xbox Series Elite 2 controller, 4K 60FPS Dolby Vision, Razer headset with Dolby Atmos, cross play enabled.

Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu. Crashed both pre and post November Patch for BF. Crashed with Xbox Insider Omega Ring firmware update installed.


have conducted following troubleshooting steps:

Reset game, reinstalled game, reset console and kept games, reset console and removed everything, installed Omega Ring Preview Update. 

Console OS version 10.0.2200.3006 (xb_flt_2111co.211119-2200); Console Shell version 2111.0.2111.19004

BF 2042 Version 1.0.71.3671

    Sorry for not updating for a while. Stuck in Night City after watching Edgerunners. That being said, switching the Power State from Standby to Energy Saving seems to work for me, I was able to have a few rounds with my friend without any crash until I head back to Night City.

    For those still being send to the Dashboard, give this a try and let everyone else know how it goes.

    I recently started playing this game again after long time break on my Xbox Series S I played for about 2 hours my game freezes and then console just shut off completly when I turned it back on It didnt pop up any warning or overheat message this is only game with crash issues

    4 years later and STILL the same issue...game freezes and crashes to desktop or shuts my xbox off completely...Guys...its been 4 **bleep** years...do you think that maybe, just maybe you can fix the **bleep** game like 4 years later???

    I paid well over $150 for the enhanced, best version pf the game...just didnt know i was payin for an incomplete, broken **bleep** game that gets neglected to be maintained in a 4 years span...like seriously, are you guys REALLY that busy or should we all just accept the fact we got taken for our money?

    Am i buyin the new game?...not a **bleep** chance...i dont like buying damaged goods...get your sh*t together guys...this doesnt look good on you or say much for your company or support...or how about you just send me my money back???
