I had the same problem and after trying to fix it for 3 days I finally fixed it. What I did was manually uninstall both Origin and Steam (my EA Play subscription and game were on Steam). To do that you can find instructions here: https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/ (Origin) and https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/3C73-90F9-F600-0266 (Steam). Remember: its the manual/hard uninstall, not the normal/easy one. Hope that helps.
Installed a new window with new steam on a new SSD.

They cant fix this error I had it on almost all of Battlefield games. it's annoying I had to pay for deluxe and didn't have the chance to play early or beta.
i am refunding the game and go back to indie games * FPS and PC games ,
