Aerial vehicles are USELESS because of stingers

I have always been a vehicle-primary player, and it’s unbelievably frustrating that one person with a stinger can pretty much immediately take out any aerial vehicle. No range limit, WAY too much amm...

    Not true. In bf3 the only way to get a lock, required a recon to continuously paint the target for the engineer. Otherwise it was dumbfire only. Other vehicles could get locks but no manpads could without assistance.

    That said, the range of ground based locks was stupid then too. Bf4 took it a step further and made lock ons faster and longer to the point it was pointless to get in a chopper at all.
