Maps too small
Simple as it comes; it's hard to flank because there are often not many possible routes, or many of the routes don't have good cover, or both. I want to have more options about what routes to take.
TTD too low
This is partly a combination of too much close-range damage, and also, ADS time being too high, but it sure feels like if somebody comes around the corner, by the time you're aiming back, you're basically already dead. I'd suggest maybe decrease ADS time a little, and decrease damage at close range.
Change loadout more
One of the most minor and yet so aggravating things is being unable to change your loadout in a lot of situations; especially, when the player gets progression rewards at the end of a match. You're given the toys and then can't use them but have to wait. The player should be able to change their loadout when the match has ended.
The time between matches overall feels a bit too long, like the player needs to take a 20 second break or something, but honestly, finding and loading into the next match is more than enough downtime. I really couldn't care less about the challenges and whatever.
Building destruction weak
I well remember BC2 where you could go through most buildings, especially say, Cold War. In BF6 it feels pretty weak; there's basically no new paths you can open up and no ability to surprise anyone by coming through the wall or ceiling instead of the door. I don't need the skyscraper collapsing, but what I do want is to turn walls into doorways. All the walls.
