Seconded, except my suggestion is please remove it completely. It is unnecessary and makes the game look and feel childish and bizarre.
Same for bunny-hopping. You can't remove jumping from the game, but you can make it so players can't fire at all during jumping and are severely hindered afterward for a split second so we can just wait for them to stop leaping about by idiots and shoot them dead.
Please return some grounded gravitas to the game and pull back from the silly memes of some 'other' shooters.
I don't want a milsim, but I sure don't want Fortnite either.
