    you'll probably find this is because everyone is running engineer.

    Meaning a 33% damage reduction from explosives

    Tuning is a straightforward fix, but it misses the bigger picture. There are far more critical issues in this game that demand priority over weapon balance. That said, RPGs are overpowered against armored vehicles, and the grenade launcher’s splash damage is so underwhelming it hits like a damp sponge.

  • Explosions on infanty feels terrible. The splash damage feel low or non existant

  • Yes overall the explosives are very under powered an RPG or Brick of C4 blowing up at someone's feet should do more then just suppress them it  feels really wrong having to use 3 or 4 charges of C4 just to get a single kill, The grenades as well feel like the Blast area is very small especially given you only have 1 in inventory and that you can no longer cook off the timer.
