Gun Bloom and Damage Drop Off

Guns having their damage start to drop off at 10m is waaaaay to early.
This LMG is supposed to do 25 damage but is already down to 20. 

Also the gun bloom is wild in this clip. "Sustained fire adds accuracy" but bro, this isn't even trying to mid or long range the enemy. All my shots are just going to his left, until 5 shots are through.

No wonder the TTK feels so inconsistent in this game. None of the guns seem to do their max damage unless you are up against the enemy. Which leads to really fast TTK at close range but too slow at the Mid and Long ranges. 

Also no wonder AR supremacy is in effect. They feel the most consistent overall at most all ranges.
