Maps design, modes and weapon balance
I've seen this discussion map-design-/12440692 and I believe this must be addressed !
The maps look gorgeous with so many details, that's fantastic (never seen in a BF game before), there is a lot of interiors with objects and details, good, but there is just a lot and a lot of entry/exits, maps are too open, I kind of like the fact we have many entry/exits in BF6 unlike the old BFs, but at the same time it's too much, you get attacked from everywhere, you can't guess from where you'll be shot, unlike older BFs where it felt more strategic, here it feels like COD, which is not good for me, at least for now (beta).
I believe we need something in the between, they keep some areas open, they close others, and even open new ones like some of the roofs in Cairo Map, it just needs to be balanced and strategic.
When it comes to infantry modes, King of the hill has fewer objective locations, unfortunately they feel repetitive. And why not having score streaks in these modes (Air strike, Artillery, TV Missiles, Tomahawk...), just like COD Cold War, I mean the game feels like COD, but it's missing what makes COD great.
At last, Weapons
They need more recoil (I know they already said they will increase it), LMGs need more damage and more recoil, cause right now they are so weak. Sniper rifle is too easy to use, ARs have almost no recoil especially with attachments.
RPGs rockets are too fast, which makes vehicles almost useless.
The engineer needs to have only one Anti Vehicle instead of having an AA and an RPG.
Any one next to a vehicle that's getting hit by a shell, must take damage too (just like BF5), to avoid having invincible vehicles that are getting repaired infinitely.
The recon needs to have 2 weapons (sniper + smg/shotgun) instead of the assault.
The C4 can be thrown way too far, and the idea of being regenerated is so bad.
The UAV and motion sensor in older BFs like BF4, as far as I can remember they don't detect any one crouching or in prone, I'm not sure if that's how it works here, but I did notice that the motion sensor detects enemies who are very high, that shouldn't happen, if it's placed in the basement and someone is on a high floor, he shouldn't be detected, because he's too far from it !
We also need protected armored cars, I hate these cars with no doors, it's weird to have them in a battle !
