I think part of the problem is people figured out the gun meta / some guns when fully upgrade become one hit wonders or two hit two step you're dead guns. Like the HK 416 (I forgot the BF name), or one of the DMR's i'v. The shotgun, once you get slugs, can slag people across two blocks one hit. First weekend wasn't so bad.
Also, there is another meta where certain guns if equipped with the green laser and accessor- ized certain way, basically does ADS accuracy and damage, and explains why certain people look at you and you get hit twice and die, cuz they don't have to ADS just point and click.. I ADS out of habit (stupid COD play and Overwatch rifle t00ns) and since ADS in BF 6 is molasses slow, I tend to die this way a lot. Normally I'd figure out the guns, but this is a beta and release it'll all be diff, so . . . and I kinda want to just play, cuz dang this BF is quite an experience.
3rd is controller players get auto aim. Some guys says its aim bot like literally locking on the player and the controller just gets a tad push up and headshot territory, others say it just snaps the aim to close, maybe I might try but with green laser + certain gun set up this really aids the auto time.
4th is some people have cheats figured out, so far the anti cheat caught like 330,000 people, and those are the ones caught. If at peak play on steam it was 550,000 and more with EA / epic / other accounts, so this is another issue. Only one case for me (last weekend and this ) . . . on Cairo one guy got the glitch rooftop access, and I tried sniping him but no hits registered. I then used the IFV on him, same and nothing. But he fell off while trying to C4 our abrams and the tank ran him over so I guess the cheat didn't work for that damage. Far better than B0 6 beta, which by 2nd day hard core cheaters on that and on release it was 75% of the lobby was running some sort cheat / hack etc.
Opening weekend I was in Japan on a cafe playing, and then in Hawaii. I was able to hit people.
That said, could be instances where this could be case. My friend has a gaming laptop that misses the video card specs by one generation and he was experiencing the same issue as some of the video. The game tends to lag / "play catch up" and he's inside a room heading towards a door and sometimes the game "updates" and frame pauses then continues and he's out in the street outside the door.
Of course they have to tweak it. But this is far from broken. I remember my friends and I got into Xdefiant, and we left after a week. That was broken hit reg / netcode wise. Far worse.
