Just to confirm, when you spoke with live support, was it to recover your hacked account? If not, it might be worth approaching live support again from that angle. Though if live support continues to say that they can't support you there, I'm afraid there isn't anything we can do for you here on the forums, as we don't have access to the necessary tools.
