I sincerely ask you to read this message carefully to fully understand how my Battlefield 6 account was wrongfully permanently banned, leaving me unable to play the game.
I am a loyal player of the Battlefield franchise. I assure you that if any of my actions accidentally violated the User Agreement, it was completely unintentional. I have thoroughly read the EA User Agreement and promise to fully comply with every single clause in all my future gameplay.
Most importantly: Please look up all gameplay data linked to my EA ID 412871945, including my accessible Battlefield 1, Battlefield V and Battlefield 2042, as well as my permanently banned Battlefield 6 account. My overall stats across all Battlefield titles are consistently below average. On Battlefield 6 (now permanently locked), my KD ratio is only 0.85 with a shooting accuracy of just 11%. The statistics of my account are nothing like those of a player running unauthorized cheat software. I would describe myself as an inexperienced, unskilled casual player. It is heartbreaking to receive a permanent Gameplay Enhancement ban from EA. I love this game deeply, yet the ban restricts me to only playing Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V now.
If this ban was issued due to logins from multiple IP addresses (alleged account sharing), please check whether my account was hacked or accessed by unauthorized third parties without my consent. I am a player based in mainland China, where there are no official game servers. I had no alternative but to use a VPN to log into my EA account and play Battlefield 6, and I occasionally switched between different Wi-Fi networks. This cannot be regarded as evidence of account sharing under any circumstances.
If you believe I used cheat software, please provide tangible supporting evidence such as gameplay footage, match replays, violation logs or relevant violation documents.
My previous appeals have yielded no progress at all. I have submitted three separate appeals:
My first appeal was quickly rejected with no detailed explanation.
My second appeal remained pending for a long time. I waited patiently with hope, only to receive a generic reply stating "we will contact you shortly" before it was rejected on May 10th. No supporting evidence, detailed reasoning or sign of human review was provided.
My third appeal received another standard template response. Throughout all three appeals, EA never specified what rule I supposedly broke, when the violation occurred, or which match the violation was detected in.
I have also sought help through other channels. This game was a costly purchase for me, and I spent a long time deciding to buy it for the first time. However, the Steam platform could not offer any assistance either. I requested a refund or platform intervention, but Steam formally stated that it would not take any action against bans issued by the game publisher. This means I spent 160.80 RMB on a game I cannot launch at all — the publisher refuses to provide any proof of wrongdoing, and Steam declines to step in.
I will continue to support EA and all its game releases as always. At the same time, I will firmly defend my legitimate rights as a player until my account is unbanned or this matter is properly resolved.
Note: Supplementary Figure 2 shows the accelerator officially recommended for the EA client (UU Accelerator is recommended).
Lastly, to fellow Battlefield fans on the forum: Has anyone encountered a similar wrongful ban? How did you resolve your issue? I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your thoughts and advice.
I earnestly request the human support team to conduct a full, thorough review of this message and launch a complete reinvestigation into my case. I look forward to your reply and thank you sincerely for taking the time to handle my appeal.
