2 months no reply on ticket
been 2 months since I was false banned on BF6 and ea has not responded to a ticket for almost 2 months , what is this support.

im same brother i got banned for 3 letter word apparently cheating after i appealed it ,no real proof or expaination on how, i couldnt cheat in minecraft nvm bf6 i have secure boot on,ive been banned on fasle postive, seige anti cheat some bs
Support doesn’t exist. It’s Ai bots auto responding at most.
Have had to use it twice and it is absolute garbage.I wish there were real people that would go through these, they make enough money it’s shocking
