A complaint letter that cannot be submitted on the EA Help platform！

You can call me rude, but I’m writing this discussion to express my anger and contempt toward EA!

EA inexplicably banned my Battlefield 6 account and has yet to provide a reasonable explanation! They falsely labeled me as a cheater, even though I’ve never used cheating tools, not even in single-player games! Since EA suspects me of cheating, they should provide evidence and point out which software on my computer they identified as cheating programs. Instead, they just keep repeating those useless security guidelines, as if they’ve always been powerless against real cheaters. EA even locked my account appeal function, making it impossible for me to submit further appeals. You need to understand that real cheaters don’t care much about account bans because their cheating tools are usually more expensive than the game accounts. When they get banned, they typically just create a new account instead of trying to lift the ban on the old one!

It’s all because of EA’s arrogance that Battlefield has ended up in its current state. I’m writing this discussion today to expose EA’s arrogance and incompetence and to awaken all players! EA simply doesn’t care about us or the games we love!
