About Red Bull's Mission
Why is this mission designed in such a way that it can only be completed by one side?
Shouldn't missions be designed so that they can be completed with any match type?

Interesting. I wonder if one of the vehicles is wrong, since it's a plane and an ATV, or if the PAX equivalent vehicles just haven't been mentioned? Have you tried using an Su-57 or Vector when playing as PAX to see if either counts towards the progress?
Of course, I tried it, but the mission didn't progress.
Then it's probably best to presume that it's intended unless Dice say otherwise.
