Account Disabled

Ive had my ea account since 2012, today i was playing with some friends finished a game and went afk,

Came back teyed to join there game and got a msg saying to check my Internet connection but i was on discord call so my internet was working, after trying to connect for like 10/15 times i restarted the game.

As soon as the game started i got a msg saying your account has been temp blocked for 3 days,

After this i got a email from ea saying my account was temp blocked because i was cheatting?!?

Maybe it was because i was in a custom lobby?

Maybe because too many attemps at trying to log in ? 

Cheatting while i was afk makes no sense, unless i was a streamer and "someone download something on my pc".

I checked my account ofenses and have 0 ofense, how does that work?
