Add flash light option so it's off as default, not on after every spawn

Please this is driving me nuts. I have to turn off the flash light everytime I spawn, in case I want to carry it around on my weapon as an attachment, for the rare case when it might be useful to bli...

It's hilarious that this isn't the default option as it's common sense what the majority of players would want. I genuinely just don't use the light attachment because of this
