Hello I played the both weeks of beta in August I received a notification during 2nd week of beta August 14th tru 17 that I unlocked the Advanced Party Skin I downloaded game on release day & 24 hours later the Skin is still locked can I plz receive help as idk what to do thank you
Is anyone else missing there Advanced Party Skin? & can someone from EA please help? I believe it's the only reward im missing & i really would appreciate if i am given what im owned as i spent time playing beta & should have received it.
I really hope EA does me right & grants me my skin thank you
I also play the first two weeks and got to play bf6 early as well I got all the beta rewards expect for the beta reward of playing on PlayStation thats the only reward im missing

The only cosmetic I'm missing is the Playstation Exclusive skin from when I played the beta, I have all the other cosmetics from it's challenges but I never got the PS exclusive for some reason. Does ANYONE have it or is the game jus glitched so nobody got it yet? I personally haven't seen the skin once in game
Can someone from EA for the love of god chime in & assist us & help us with the skin we are owed?
Support is ran buy a bunch of idiots who dont help & just give trouble shooting steps that dont work & close cases without helping
If I dont receive what im owed & dont receive the help needed to unlock the skin
I will be looking into hiring a class action lawsuit attorney to fight this poor treatment of customers in court because this isn't right
Give people what there owed & give us updates the lack of communication is rude & uncalled for & is not how you keep players
Be better for god sakes as battlefield 6 is sn Amazing game but not receiving what I was promised & the lack of communication & help from support is already pissing me off.
This is a widespread issue & the best thing u guys can do is communicate & let us know what's going on & if we will be receiving our skin?
EA im giving you until Friday to respond & give us an update on this issue or ill be contacting my lawyer & will be looking into court proceedings for not only not receiving what im owed but the poor customer service & treatment of your customers.

Guys i figured out how to unlock it as I have it now. Try it & see if this is the problem
In Battlefield 6 bring up the Menu where you find things like In Game messages
Scroll to the messages tab where it tells you that u unlocked rewards
Look for one called Thanks for playing beta or where it shows a operator skin
Open the message & it will show a dismiss button for some odd reason instead of a claim hold x to dismiss it & bam skin should be unlocked hope this helps
