I agree, they should improve, but also work harder on it.. 

And as always, the simplest solution is always the best. So its not shortsighted, but its the only thing that would solve it, unless they could make a 100% cheat free game. Which seems to be difficult...

Shortsighted would be to keep it as it is, doing little to nothing about it, letting the cheaters cheat, ruining the game for non cheaters. 

Very funny. The game isn't loaded with cheaters. Only BF2042 had less cheaters than BF6. Just stop.

Surfshark did a study back in February on how many players (by game) searched for the words aimbot, wallhack, hack, and cheat. Two caveats though... no guarantee that just because someone searched for hacks, doesn't mean they ended up purchasing them and I'm not sure how they identified someone as a "CoD" player or a "Battlefield" player etc but here were the results.

Once again, not saying cheating doesn't happen, but it could also be a lot worse.

2.4 million cheat attempts blocked. Yeah Battlefield and COD will never fix their cheating problems. I do not believe 95% of matches are cheater free. That's what EA says. The same company that likes to bait and switch it's consumers. The same company that would rather add micro transactions other than fix their game. All they care about is $$. 

I know a handful of players in RL that have been using cheats since release and they have not been banned yet. I dont believe Javelin works like EA claims it does. There is always a way around anti-cheat systems and have been for decades. Cheaters will always find ways to cheat.

If they ever go with "Aimbot For All" then I will definitely hang up my guns.

Yes there are hackers out there.  Yes there always will be.  Personally, if the game becomes equipped with built in hacks then I am done.  I still prefer to know that I am playing with at least some pure players.  I, like most, can pretty much identify those bad actors who have no qualms about buying their skillz.  For the most part I play for casual fun or entertainment.  I play Casual Breakthrough most of the time so obviously a good number of bots are involved which make cheaters standout that much quicker.  A quick break from the action and I have reported those who really light up my radar.

I play on PC, always have and always will and since I do admit to my chosen platform I can only say that I dont want or need any built in assistance. K/B for me so no controller crap when I play.  When I get a kill I know that it was me unassisted.  When I get killed I just accept it and see little point in questioning how it happened.

I never said cheating didn't happen, in fact I explicitly acknowledged that it does happen and that EA should continue to improve their detection methods. That being said, I think standardizing aim bots as a built-in feature is a very short-sighted solution.

Im watching some streamers play the game.. 

Was watching Tana, he and his team have won 6 competitions in a row i think. 

Saw one clip where he killed three enemies with one mag in like 6 seconds, tana was on an assult ladder, all headshots.. i mean come on...

The other day i was watching rogue playing quads with randoms.. 32 kills, looking like me when i play halo campaign on heroic mode. Just running towards and easily killing all enemies.. i mean come on.. 

Both with basically no micro adjustments, just ads and boom, headshots all over.. come on...

I know these people are very good. But come on... I could have done that to with an aim bot.

And the streamers are promoting the game, so i doubt ea will do anything about that, if indeed many of the streamers in fact are cheaters..

That's still 1 cheater in 20 games. I dont trust EAs claims. They always lie to us. I'm sure it's higher than 1 in 20 games. Forums posts of falsely banned. Is not a good sign.

This just seems what cheaters would respond with. Wouldnt want the extra competition???

I dont trust those numbers the ragebeard.. like all aspects of human life, all is corrubtable and corrupted. If they are hackers, then they can hack to go outside of anti cheat and so on and wouldnt be detectable by the games programming. So if they see 3- 5%, then what with all they cant see...?

And of course 762s, its not just about aiming. Its Positioning, ttk, ads time, also just skill jadajadajada... Etc etc and all you wrote.

I think the numbers of cheaters are much higher. There are just to many players who hit headshots without micro adjusting. Cause the time it would take to micro adjust for headshots kills you if the enemy dont need to micro adjust, close up.. 

Cant loose a gunfight using the m4a1 with 900 rof against the sor 556 mk2 with a 568 rof, close range, unless the enemy gets all headshots.

If i start shooting him first, hitting all shots and he rips me with the sor... Thats just silly. Could also be a hit registration thing.. but still... The sor 556 cant beat the m4a1 up close, normally...

I know, some players are good, have played multiplayer/br games for years/decades.. 

But still... With the bloom and recoil, there are just to many people hitting to good shots. 

So might as well level out the playingfield..
