Air Spawn Camping Idea
A simple fix to the problem of spawn camping air vehicles would be to have two extra spawn locations, and it could randomly pick one when you spawn. For example for jets on Liberation Peak, when you spawn in the jets you might show up in the current spawn near your base, or you might show up in the valley to the north, or you might show up over the mountain to the south. Similarly on Firestorm, it might spawn you on the runway or it might spawn you airborne from the northwest or southeast. With three possible spawn locations the other team wouldn't be able to camp out and kill you immediately when you show up.
This could also work for the attack helos if you just had two spawn locations and would prevent some of the own-team griefing that's happening.
