ALL the problems I found with BF6

- "We wanted to get Conquest/Breakthrough/RUSH right" Ok but some Rush maps are STILL bad (for attackers). Like Sobek in rush mode (not enough cover for attackers, defenders on roofs, etc)
- "The design that we were pushing forward with, is this notion of like... we really want the equipment AND the gadgets to bring out what that class does" Ok but most players don't use spawn beacons, or ladders (except on Sobek/Breakthrough... and few other maps/modes)
- "Open weapon system is a blast" Ok but it doesn't make ANY sense for a recon to have LMG/rockets or engineer to have defib/sniper. The BF4 system is good.
Ok, here's a big list of all problems I found so far:
- Server browser full of AFK/boosting/farming/copy-pasted servers. I just checked and I see at least TWENTY servers with the same name "RUNNING CREW WITH PAX ARMATA : REVIVED - SOBEK 64". In my opinion players should have to pay like... 20 bucks/month to host a server. Maybe that will reduce this kind of spam. You should have a DICE employee check the server browser everyday and remove the farming/copy-pasted servers and block their creators for 1 month from creating another server.
- Server browser doesn't display all results. Sometimes I click Refresh mutiple times after selecting 'Extreme' in the options and I don't see a lot of interesting/full servers. After refreshing/selecting/deselecting/refreshing/reselecting/etc new entries are displayed. I think that's a bug. I don't see how in 10 seconds a server went from 0/64 to 63/64 with all real players in it.
- Server browser displays recommended server (but most (hardcore) are empty) but when I scroll down I see better servers (more players). Why the Recommended filter displays empty servers first and less empty ones below??
- Most servers don't have a limit of 64 players. "But some maps/modes aren't good with 64 players in it" Then MODIFY YOUR MAPS!
- Kills not counted. I played for so many hours and yesterday I realized my kills aren't added in my profile stats. Deaths are. Score is counted too. But not kills. I only play on full XP servers and avoid those who have too many bots (I prefer killing real players (in the game)) but my kills don't go up. I heard people say "kills don't count when there's 1 or 2 bots in the server. Even if you kill 20 real players and 2 bots your kills won't be added" That's the MOST STVPID THING EVER. You better fix this real quick.
- Can't spawn on squadmates when I'm squad leader. That's not BF4. In BF4, even in hardcore, I can spawn on anyone and anyone can spawn on me.
- Flying bullets are visible even when suppressor is used. That's not BF4.
- Three C4 explosives don't destroy a tank. That's not BF4.
- My spawn beacon destroys itself when I spawn on it. That's not BF4.
- Mortars are almost useless. I almost never ever ever see people using smoke shells or even explosive ones. Even on Sobek City in Rush mode as attacker. Never seen one guy use smoke shells. After 3 minutes/a failed attack, the attackers start sniping/DMRing till the end of round and only a few try to push. That's what I see 99% of the time (at least on this map/mode). Mortars have no screens and can't be used remotely. That's not BF4.
- Jet customization is a joke. Not a lot of choices. No different bullet types/rocket types. That's not BF4.
- Jet/helicopter trajectory is buggy. When I look at flying vehicles I see their trajectory is weird. Looks like micro-lagging/rubberbanding... Even when most players have a good ping. When I play BF4 I almost never see that. That's not BF4.
- I have RARE random micro lags. I have a fiber connection and I'm the only one using it. And when I'm running my soldier sometimes freezes for a few milliseconds... even when I and other players have a good ping. Mine is 15ms. That kind of thing very rarely happens to me in BF4 (my ping in BF4 is also 15ms). That's not BF4.
- The trajectory of rockets fired by jets/AA vehicle/shoulder rocket launcher is weird. Rockets flight path is wrong (or maybe I'm wrong here, idk). That's not BF4.
- Anti-tank grenades do a lot of damage to vehicles but not on soldiers on foot.
- When I'm running and I open the 2D map I can run but not turn my soldier. That's not BF4.
- No UCAV to use against roof campers (like on Sobek City in Breakthrough/Conquest mode). Can we have one UCAV every 30/45 seconds? That's not BF4.
- No "attack drone" like in Battlefield Bad Company 2. In BFBC2 there's a computer in a specific part of the map which allows one player to control a drone that can fire rockets. That's not BFBC2 (one of the best Battlefield games, next to BF3 and BF4).
- No AC-130. That's not BF4. If you decide to add an AC-130 please do it right (on the first try). In BF4 the AC-130 can be destroyed by the enemy AA vehicle still in its spawn. And if the enemies have 2 good jet pilots the AC-130 lasts -10 seconds in the air.
- No Operation Locker/Metro. That's not BF4. So many people on Reddit, BF6 Facebook pages , etc would like Metro/Locker in BF6. Don't you see their comments? You think Operation Firestorm is the only one we want?
- Can't choose which band I want my passengers and I to listen to. Can't choose Mudvayne, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Korn, Disturbed, etc. All the cool bands.
- No good ghillie suit. The suit in Bad Company 2 is better than what we have in BF6. Look at this and learn: https://search.brave.com/images?q=ghillie+suit
- Weapon modifications aren't saved between rounds. BRUH.
- No ping limit on most servers I played on. Sometimes I see 80+% of players in the server have pings like 80ms, 219ms, etc. I think all servers should have a ping limit (that the admin can change)
- Visibility in tall grass is bugged. In one round on Mirak Valley/Conquest I was in a vehicle zooming at a soldier on foot in tall grass and I almost couldn't see him. But when I stopped zooming I saw him clearly as if the grass completely disappeared.
- SMGs can kill at 100+ meters. I don't think that's BF4. (I rarely used SMGs in BF4, mostly ACWR and other weapons)
- Mines can't be placed close to each other. That's not BF4.
- Respawn timer too long. That's not BF4. (At least on the server I played on the most the respawn timer on the deploy screen was like... 3 seconds). 3 fast seconds and I'm back into the fight! In BF6 it's like 7 long seconds.
- Too many places where campers can be. In BF4 a lot of maps were more simple (it seems to me). In BF6 there's floor 1, floor 2, floor 3, roofs, corner 1, corner 2, corner 549842465, car, bus, firetruck, etc. So many places for campers.
- Stationary rocket launcher in front of the Infantry Fighting Vehicle spawn point on Sobek City. I don't know if it's still there... But one day, as soon as I spawned in our IFV, I got hit by a rocket from a stationary rocket launcher RIGHT IN FRONT of the IFV spawn point. Good idea guys... good idea... WOW!
- Can't **bleep**/flank wide - in rush/breakthrough. That's not BF4. On Zavod/Rush defenders were able to place beacons far behind the attackers spawn.
- Bad map design like Sobek City/Rush. Not a lot of covers for attackers/defenders can go on the roof of the buildings in their base and snipe the attackers as soon as they spawn. On Sobek/Breakthrough there are so many people using ladders to go on roofs. It's pathetic.
- Spawn beacon/ladder rarely used. 99.999999999999999% of the time when I look at the map my beacon is the only one in the map. Are BF6 players too stoopyd to use it?? Do they like to respawn far from the action/objective?? The ladder is rarely used (IMHO) except in some maps/modes like Sobek/Breakthrough.
- The vertical range of a LMG with the bipod deployed is too small. That's not BF4.
- Can't turn off crossplay on PC.
- Bipod doesn't turn the LMG into a laser. In BF4 the bipod really makes a LMG accurate. I just tested the bipod in BF6 and the crosshairs of my L110 go left and right (and up, that's ok). In BF4 there's a deviation on the left or right but not left AND right... as far as I remember.
- Vehicles are slower than BF4 ones. That's not BF4.
- Vehicle turret rotation speed is slower than in BF4. That's not BF4.
- When the reload progress bar is at 100% for the rockets on the AA vehicle, it takes multiple seconds before they're really available.
- Less weapons than BF4 offers. That's not BF4.
- Only the support class has smoke grenades. That's not BF4. What if I want to push as assault but I need smokes? What if I play recon and I want to hide my exact position when I'm spotted? Or when I play engi?
- Assault class doesn't have defib. That's not BF4.
- Mortars have no screen. That's not BF4.
- Mortars can't be placed anywhere. That's not BF4.
- No weather effects. That's not BF4.
- No attack boats/zodiac/jetski/etc. That's not BF4.
- Heli gunner splash damage inexistent. That's not BF4.
- Heli gunner doesn't have thermovision. That's not BF4.
- RPG/NLAW splash damage doesn't kill soldiers. So many times I missed my RPG shot by 1 nanometer and the RPG didn't kill the enemy standing next to an indestructible wall. Even though rocket damage was (and still is) buggy in BF4, at least in BF4 the enemy was more likely to die than in BF6.
- NLAW doesn't lock targets/go straight. That's not BF4. Or maybe I just don't know how to lock it on targets behind obstacles.
- Can't fire NLAW without aiming first. That's not BF4.
- Scope glint doesn't stop sniper infestation. Maybe just remove it so sniper noobs can have a better chance at sniping sniper pros... idk.
- On most hardcore servers there is killcam and some 3D spotting. That's not BF4. Most servers aren't no-HUD servers, so maybe remove limited-HUD and no-HUD hardcore settings and merge this into ONE hardcore mode like BF4. (Killfeed, no killcam, no 3D spotting at all, etc). Hardcore mode like BF4... uknow.
- Server browser reports incorrect player count. Multiple times when I joined an empty server (server browser displayed 0/64) there were real players and bots in it. One day I joined a 0/64 server (after searching then clicking Refresh) and the "empty" server was in fact......... FULL of real players. What a joke. You guys can't make a 2D server browser right.
- Server browser doesn't remember selected options. That's not BF4. In BF4 every option I select in the browser is remembered between rounds. Even if I close and relaunch BF4 all my selected options are still selected.
- Can't request orders. That's not BF4.
- Can't switch teams. That's not BF4. I'm not a team switcher but when I play DOZENS of rounds on a server I love and round after round my team keeps doing nothing, sniping 24/7, etc...... I'd like to be able to switch.
- Game UI is Netflix style. I've seen a lot of people complain about the UI on Facebook/Reddit/etc. Why don't you do something that really worked great? BF4 UI? BF4 server browser? duh.
- Killcard isn't displayed (doesn't always happen). That's not BF4.
- At the end of a round (doesn't always happen) the background is completely black. I can see my squad stats but not the soldiers. I can see the best squad stats but not the soldiers.
- I'm not on the foreground at the end of a round. When the round ends and my squad is #1 and I have more kills than anyone in my squad, less death than any, more assists than any and best score of any...... my soldier is not on the foreground. In some rounds I have more score than everybody in the server, more kills than everybody, least number of deaths and most assists than anyone (in my squad) and I'm not on the foreground.
- No Active Protection System on Infantry Fighting Vehicles (or maybe I didn't unlock it yet). That's not BF4.
- No thermovision on vehicles. That's not BF4.
- No vehicle crosshairs in hardcore mode. That's not BF4.
- Dying behind cover. CONSTANTLY. Extremely annoying. Even when I have a good ping (15ms).
- 99.9% of players in BF6 (and BF4) don't use voice chat. I don't understand why so many people complained about BF2042 not having voice chat. I played at least 4000 hours of BF4 and I very very very rarely (not exaggerating) heard people use voice chat to plan attacks, etc. Nor text chat. Text chat mostly used to insult or talk about anything and everything.
- AT LEAST WE HAVE A SCOREBOARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's BF4!
- Chat text partially hidden. Oftentimes the last message in the text chat is completely or partially hidden. That's not BF4. I have to press ENTER, sometimes multiple times, to see the last message.
- Can't go on sidewalk when prone. When I'm prone on a road and want to go on the sidewalk (on Cairo for example) while staying prone... I can't. The edge of the sidewalk prevents my soldier from moving any further. I have to stand up/crouch, then go on the sidewalk, then go prone again. That's not BF4.
- Killed by unknown claymore. Sometimes I walk/run and I get killed by a claymore but there's no enemy killcard and the killfeed doesn't display an enemy name. It just shows a claymore icon and my name next to it... I don't think that's BF4. I don't remember that happening to me in BF4.
- Killed by my own repair tool. Sometimes I exit the vehicle I'm in to repair it... and 1 second after I start using to repair tool I get killed by it. WHAT?!?! (No I'm not aiming the tool at my foot)
- Snipers on Sobek City's roofs in rush mode. Annoying to say the least. I think I already mentionned this. There's not a lot of covers on this map/mode and on top of that we could get sniped by roof campers as soon as we spawn. In BF4, 64 hardcore rush no weapon limit with big sweats was my #1 favorite mode, not anymore. Something's wrong somewhere. My KD is 2.69 even with big sweats on the server every single day so my skill isn't the problem... I think.
- Vehicle ammo reloads too slowly when out of ammo. That's not BF4. And engineers don't use the ammo box for vehicles. Never seen anyone use it.
- Players not reviving and not giving ammo. Even when I wait till the very end of the revive timer, a lot of times I don't get revived. Wow! So much teamplay. Even when 3 medics are ONE meter away from me. Sometimes a medic is walking on me and doesn't rez. A lot of times when I ask for ammo nobody drops shet. I have to get in their view to get ammo.
- Too many playing sniper instead of the objective. Too many snipers spawn camping on Sobek/Rush-Breakthrough. Too many snipers camping in attackers spawn on Empire State/Breakthrough, etc, etc, etc.
- The grenades from the nade launcher on vehicles are going left and right....... pffffffff.
- Most servers in the server browser are shown as empty. But as I explained above, sometimes when I click Refresh then I join a 0/64 server........ the server is not empty. Sometimes it's even full of real players.
- Bots are dunnb or OP. Sometimes I see 10 bots running in the middle of the road and all die in 1 second by a LMG. And sometimes bot who shouldn't have seen me just turn 180 and kill me in 1 second. They're too stoopid or too OP. In the next Battlefield the bots are gonna be mega stoopid or they gonna trickshot us 720 no-scope like in CoD MW.
- Can't add a server to favorites. That's not BF4.
- When creating a server, I can't choose server location (as far as I know). I created a server on day one but there was no option to select the continent. Maybe that changed since... didn't check.

There are many more things I can say but this list is good enough. After listing all this, how can anyone say BF6 is successor/close to BF4. You guys had ONE job to create a super banger. Battlefield 4.1 or Battlefield 4 2.0. But no... BF6 looks like a better BF2042. Most of the time on YouTube, Reddit and Facebook pages I see comments saying BF6 is not a Battlefield game, it's "Battleduty 6", it's "Call of Field Black Ops 7".... comments like that.
You FAILED at replicating the fun of BF4. The fun, the balance, the ammount of content, etc. Just install BF4 on your computers, play it, copy it and change some things. Just enough but not WAY to much. I'm not the biggest Battlefield veteran but I'm one anyway. I stopped playing CoD after MW3 (I played some BO2 with my friend on his console) but after I discovered Battlefield Play4Free I was hooked. I played BFBC2, BF3, BF4, BF2042, BF6 and some Hardline.
And that's how you treat us vets? Sheity server browser, kills not counted, less guns, less maps, etc??? Really? I waited to buy BF6 because I was unsure about it. After the 2042 giga p00p how can anyone trust EA/DICE? "Battlefield 2042 is a love letter to the community". YEAH?! Then why in a First Person SHOOTER game the most important thing (hitreg) doesn't work at all on day ONE? BF2042 was a love letter but the devs wiped their a55 with the letter before sending it. No doubt, none.
But when Christian Grass, Executive Producer said "In Portal's newly redesigned verified mode, modifiers will allow players to setup hardcore rulesets with one-shot kills, closed weapons and so much more, all with FULL progression and XP gain."
Then why aren't my kills counted? They're counted in the scoreboard, but not in my profile.
Lies? Scam? Stoopidity? Bug?
