"All the Way" patch not being able to apply on the shoulder of Ranger skin?

So why is the shoulder patch that comes with this pack only visible in TINY TINY form on the phone case that is attached to the Ranger skin's plate carrier?

 It is miniscule and almost non visible!

ALL the other skins have it on the shoulder except for some recon variants.

Once again I know the game has bigger problems right now but this is again unacceptable and a disrespect to the soldiers you supposedly worked together to make this Ranger pack.

I was really hyped to get the skin together with that patch but once again DICE had to mess something up. First I thought it was a bug until someone had to point out to me where exactly the tiny tiny patch is. Then all that was left was disappointment.

I hope this one can be on the list of smaller changes to eventually get fixed.
