Allow "give-up" only once the re-spawn timer is finished.

I get your frustration happens all the time to me. Pop my two smokes push to the next cover only for them to skip. That being said though sometimes its best to skip if you feel you are going to be a medic trap because you died to someone in a less than obvious spot

I always spot the enemy who is watching my body. Everyone should, if possible. Funny enough, it almost never makes a difference. People act like those 3d and minimap markers don't exist.
