Allow People To Ping Enemies While Down

I don’t know why this feature was even removed in the first place, but it was great during the beta. They need to rework the ping system in general, because I’m sick and tired of the game not allowing me to properly ping enemies/enemy vehicles during combat or while I’m DBNO.

As long as it isn't a hardcore server, I am still able to ping enemies. I can ping the person who killed me, or areas. I can't ping individual enemies directly, but I double-tap to put a ping on the floor where they are standing. It puts that red flag on the mini map and in game.
