Allow queuing with more than 4 to squad

It would be great to queue with more than 4. I get that squads are set at 4 but being allowed to join a game with more seems like a trivial thing to do without affecting squads. Allow a color change to differentiate squad and “crew”. Allow spawning on crew as well.
