I suggest Creating your own Conquest server something like this. (Title)Bait and switch Conquest with Bot backfill.
(Description) Play by yourself literally. Since EA took away your ability to have Bot backfill in your official rules Conquest experience, you will have to play by yourself. No Bot will join and certainly no real players. Who wants to join an empty server.
Ongoing message in the server. "Play your way was a lie EA"
Save, publish and share this server. Make this server persistent and host it.
If enough people did this it would bottleneck their servers and give them a message as well.
