Amazing moderation

I was just playing a game of battlefield and someone says the n word in chat I report them and you guys do nothing and I basically get a email instantly saying we did not take action I got banned on Christmas Eve for saying someone was stupid and should go back to school and I got banned for 14 days or however long it was for saying that and this guy can just say the N word like wth
