Anti cheat not working

That isn't a cheat, it's an invisible wall- they crop up from time to time.

It's not a cheat. It's EA's enormous base boundaries and anti vehicle camping mechanism. You cannot fire rockets into bases. And it's a player that knows that they are practically immune so long as they stay inside of the boundary. 

But when i cant do him damage but he can kill me how is that fair game? It should work both ways.
