Any news on when this next patch that fixes bloom and aim assist will be?

I really want to play this game but its getting so frustrating, i'm at the point i'm looking for something else to play.  You shoot someone dozens of times, watch the blood slash all over the place an then they kill you in a blink of an eye.  I don't know if that's bloom, the aim assist is off what the hell it is but its need to be fixed.  Stop churning out skins and fix your **bleep**, this game is already turning shades of CoD for that **bleep**.
