Any word on fixing stick drift?

Posted on this before, but even with a brand new controller still seeing stick drift only in this game. 2 of my controllers need 8-9 dead zone, the new one 5, yet some folks say we should be able to set it to zero with no issue. I have now tested 3 good controllers that have no issues in other games, and they all have drift only in BF 6. Would love some feedback from the EA/BF teams on this as part of their bug/patch reviews.

Is it a confirmed bug, has it even been looked at?

It does seem quite deliberate to me. It's certainly not a bug. Why would you want the game to decide where the deadzone is supposed to be? Not every peripheral has the same deadzone, so it makes sense that if you have one that doesn't really have a big deadzone, that you don't unnecessarily force it to have one.
You can just configure the deadzone you need and be done with it.
