Anyone else think they should redo the spotting system?

People hated the doritos 🔻in BF3 & 4 and some how, it turns out, that system was better at gameplay than the current model. With 2042's "you are spotted" notification never going away, you can bet you tootsie roll you're spotted all the darn time in BF6. Before this ping system, you actually had to spot them manually and only if you unlocked the attachments to auto-spot in BF4 which wasn't instant.
