Are Open Beta Rewards Cross-platform? (Steam and EA App)

Hey,

1. I played Battlefield 6 Open Beta (Early Access) through EA App.
2. During early access, I wans't linked to Steam.

Question: If I decide to buy the game on Steam, will I recieve the open beta rewards that were unlocked through EA?
- Also, if someone purchases the Phantom Edition on one platform and the Standard Edition on another, will the Phantom Edition bonuses and skins be locked if the game is launched on the platform where only the Standard Edition is installed?
