Are we gonna see a reverts on unlocks and levels for people who abused bots?

The game lacks any sense of accomplishment at the moment, nothing really matters because you know someone has abused their way and gotten way more to show for it than you.

Can we get like, a real penalty to these players? All XP gained (vehicles, guns, gadgets) reverted, make it so stuff actually feel like they matter?  

Bots should have never been able to give any type of XP.
