Dice can you guys please give this guy a participation trophy?
Its a team game. They don't go in and take all the credit. They go in and take the objective because you can't take an objective from the air. Thats the role of air support, same things as snipers and mortars, if they're not in the objective they only get points for kills and assists. If I clear an objective using a mortar and they go in and take it then I get the points I've earned from my role. If you want more recognition then play another role.
The only recognition that should matter is the team WIN.
Next time try to actually reading what people write before making such a ridiculous response. I literally just got done telling you how a helicopter pilot CAN take an objective. I can literally clear out the entire objective of all enemies and fly around and make sure literally nobody ever takes it and maintain complete control of it. Just because I am a couple 100 feet above ground you think I don't deserve capture points? That doesn't make any logical sense.
According to your simpleton point of view, why do we even have a scoreboard, or give points to people capturing objectives, or have millions of different points related challenges, etc.? Its a game, and points are important to this game, as well as winning. Otherwise what are you even doing here? Sorry but your opinion is highly flawed, shortsighted, and hilariously bad.
