Critical regressions could have predefined rollback thresholds.

If healthy:

Continue deployment

If unhealthy:

Pause deployment

Investigate

↓

Rollback or hotfix

This does not mean every small statistical variation should trigger rollback.

Thresholds should be determined internally using statistical confidence and operational experience.
