Automatically kick people with consistently high ping
eg if their ping is consistently 130> or more they should be automatically kicked from the server.

just to add people that do this are also quite frequently the ones cheating too, bonus points when they have chinese names. you can pretty well just immediately report them as 9 times out of 10 they are cheating.
