I bought new PC and tried link in PS5 account to PC. But now mine battlepass, coins and everything is gone on PS5.

I don't know the EA account which I have to link to PC to get mine levels back. Or is that even possible?.. please help me ;(

Hello Klassist,

if you've relinked your PSN account to a different EA account in order to play on PC, you need to relink it back to the original EA account in order to get your progress back. Progress is bound to the EA account, not your PSN account, so changing the link to a different EA account will make the progress disappear on the platform. Only relinking it back will make it appear back on your Playstation.

In order to get the progress on PC, you will need to log into and play from the EA account that you originally used to play on PSN.

Does PS5 automatically make ea account when you play the game first time. I don't remember that I have made new account on EA. First time I tried link PSN to PC I got always error that says I'm banned or the account is locked. And now my bf6 on ps5 is also level 1 but the campaign mode is still available.

No, an EA account is not automatically created. It has to be created and then the PSN account has to be linked - you can see what the process is here. If you played on PSN first, then your PSN account was already linked to an EA account and by linking it to the new EA account that you use to play on PC, your progress was left behind on the first EA account. Please relink your PSN to that first account again and your progress will be there again.

I maybe linked that PSN account to wrong ea account and can't unlink that until next year may 25 day..

please contact EA Support and explain that you linked the PSN account to the incorrect EA account. Someone there should be able to help you relink the PSN account to the correct EA account there. We cannot help with that here in the forum as we don't have access to account information.
