There do seem to be a lot of peole being banned for no reason. It looks like it might be connected to using controllers with back paddles like scuff or Ellite. EA refuses to provide any info, there are quite a few people on this thread.

To everyone who can only respond with "you must have cheated, I've never been banned", that's what we all thought. I've played every BF game have a 16 year old EA account and am a 42 year old gamer dad who has no interest in cheating and just wanted to play with his son.
It's not controller related at all, I only use mouse and keyboard on a PC and got permanently banned. I know people who got banned when they were playing the single player story. It's pretty much random right now on who gets banned and who does not to us as no one knows what's triggering it and EA will never tell us any details on it.
why are your stats hidden somthing to hide.
i'm Using Elite series 2... no issues here beta or release!
Also use scuff without issue!
