Banned for Gameplay Enhacment

I dont have any Macros on my Mouse, neither i have changed any button function on my superlight 2. My first Appeal was rejected, now it did a second one and im waiting for the Studio to give me a clear Evidince. I payed the full Price of the Game and being treated like this is very sad

They gave a warning that they will be banning for suspicious inputs. If they see repetitive, robotic, consistent timing for inputs, they would ban for it. For example, a macro that makes you click every X microseconds.  They said they would ban for input timing that doesn't appear to be human.

I don't think thr software is why you got banned. I think what you set up in the software and how it made your mouse or keyboard behave is the reason for the ban.

I use GHUB and Logitech Gaming Software - worried now

devvbot​ Yah just like me, I had face it ac turned on all the time, aswell as G hub for my mouse and got banned on 27 october, and I am still waiting. Lets see ... I expect they wont unban but I guess many people are with the same problem so we might me lucky

Also received a ban on Oct. 30, 2025 which im thinking is due to face it AC. Flagged as Game play enhancement. Shame I only got to play for Appeal is sitting at Waiting on Studio. So fingers crossed.

Yeah good for you, i saw in some topics that Razor or Logitech Software Macros are the Reason for bans but thanks

I too use the Logitech G Hub for my Mouse and I never got banned! It works for me! Just say'n!

Took me 3 days, some people got stuck with 2 weeks.
