Banned for gameplay enhancement

9+ years account: I was banned on 25th Nov for what I expect was for playing portal xp servers with low hp bots. I have appealed multiple times, all denied. No concrete reason other than the same response “we have done a full investigation on your account and believe we took the correct action ” with a link to their ToS.

I have lost hope appealing the ban as it seems it just gets auto denied after 1 hour.

I guess their reasoning is for exploiting.. A temp ban would have been understandable but a perma with no warning is a bit extreme. For playing a portal experience created by someone else, using a feature built into the game? Crazy.

I wish there was legislation demanding for companies to present their evidence like in a trial instead of what seems like subjective judgement

To spam different forums with false information to try to pressure EA to unban them is a good technic.
It seems though, that EA does not fall for it.

MSI Afterburner is not the cause, neither is any RGB controller.
They are just looking for an excuse of their Macro-program or other "game enhancement" they are using.

It´s still funny to read these threads.

EA doesn't give a flying F about it's players. They've churning out BF7 ready to charge $80 for more rehashed trash. Stop buying anything these scammers make

I do not think EA ban for playing on those bot lobbies. They are more likely to ban you for some sort of tool.
The bot lobbies with all those farms that recently happened, I know a few people who used them and they are still playing so I do not feel that was the issue?
