Banned with ZERO minutes playtime

The TOS is so mind numbingly vague, they're afraid to declare a clear stance on just about anything. 

I think we all know how macros work dude lol.

Keep in mind, some people use their machines for more than just gaming. It can be useful to make macros for video editing as an example. I think it's just lazy "anti-cheat" design to blanket any users having a particular program running. Or at least give them a warning. 

Had a similar experience. True colors as they say. 

If that is the case, a promt to remind you to disable all macro capable software when you run the game it is detected it would be usefull before permanently banning you for accidentally forgot to turn off 3-4 background services you normally have on autostart.
Instead of bury  this info vaguely in TOS.

You most likely have macro software running in the background. Keep in mind anything that has macro capabilities will trigger a ban since macros are used to cheat.

CRONUS uses macros it is a cheating device. Alot of you people claim your falsely banned but you weren't. Chances are you have a 3rd party software running in the background. And every game I have bought says to turn off that software before you start up the game. Chances are you didnt and they caught you.

Alot of people will say bs but I was banned for using Logitech G Hub decades ago. You can easily use it to create macros like rapid fire.

Also becareful with these new controllers that are coming out. Especially that one with the star button. It has rapid fire built into the controller and people dont realize it and its getting people banned.

Alot of people dont realize that if you use that 3rd party software to lets say move reload to a mouse button and if you cant do that in the ingame menu

You are creating a macro that actually gives you an advantage over others.
