Battle Royale Private 2 inconsistently hard

Doing counter missions is relatively rare and hard and getting kills and revives during them is also rare and hard.

Compared to other mode challenges, this is inconsistently hard.

I'm not a bad player and have done dozens of BRs - maybe over 100 - and I'm not through this one.

P.S. This is after the recent challenge re-assessment changes...
