Anyone know for sure how this will pan out? Lots of people are just blowing them in 2042 thinking they won’t transfer. Is this fact?
If you paid for these tokens, why aren’t they linked to your account not a game if this is true? Seems kinda petty to me if it is true.
What’s everyone’s thoughts here? Will they transfer, and if not, why would people be OK with keeping them linked to a dead game they won’t likely will never play again?
Do you mean the exclusive unlocks in Free Pass? If you unlock them, you will have them in BF6.
If you mean skins you bought in BF2042, they will not transfer to BF6 - thank god.
99.999% sure that they will not transfer between games.
I never paid money for them in 2042 (I refuse to do so) so there's nothing lost.
It's not been confirmed yet to the best of my knowledge. However, I'm not expecting them to since premium currency didn't carry over from BFV when BF2042 was released.
Personally I don't mind if they don't carry over, but I'm not all that interested in cosmetics. I used most of my BF2042 ones to buy Battlepasses.
The battle tokens were used to buy skins (which I don’t want to be transferred) but also used to buy the battle-pass which is why I’m interested. So if you purchased battle-pass tokens, you wouldn’t care if your money was wasted? I get it if people don’t care about the battle pass or cosmetics, I’m not talking about you. I’m talking about the others who do buy these things.
I’m sure a lot of people will not purchase any more battle tokens if they don’t transfer because it’s a rip off, and along the same lines as a restaurant selling gift cards and then closing it.
