Being a true support player no longer rewarding

Why aren't revives on the scoreboard?
Why does it seem like revives and resupplying count for less?

There are certainly multiple ways to play this game and not everyone is gonna be on a 30+ kill streak every game, and it's important to note the roles supplied, so why did revives get taken off the scoreboard? Add that into less time to acknowledge top teams and personal team info at end of match, it really makes playing support as it should be played a buzzkill.

  • Other than the insane quick revives, support is pretty pointless. Rapid health regen makes health crates redundant, most players die before they run out of ammo (with top notch exceptions obviously) and you can just pick up kits anyway. LMGs are pointless even on the bigger maps. Not tried the mortar yet so can't comment

Because capturing objectives now counts for more.

Mortar is not worth it, as you have a mortar symbol that appears for the whole enemy team on your location similar to how you can see objectives, combined with low damage and high spread its next to useless, not even worth being in the game debatably.
