The recoil/spread is very noticeable, and I agree, it should be the same regardless of input. The funny thing is, I see console players saying the recoil isn't enough lol. Must be nice to feel like that.
I thought that I saw rotational assist in some of the videos I watched, but maybe that's the slow down getting stuck to players as they come out of cover then? Which I still find that frustrating to an extent, because they're essentially getting a visual/mechanical cue when their reticle is being pulled by an enemy coming out of cover. Which is going to happen a lot more with the way the maps are being designed.
