What email option? Where? The only support channels I could find are these forums and the Support section (which contains the refund tool and if you click deep enough, the support form).
The fact that the game is not refundable through the Refund tool and that the support form does not accept requests about BF6 (haven't tried other types of support request other than Refund Request) is ridiculous to be honest. That screams of incompetence.
If we were dealing with a small team of 3-4 indie devs I would be understanding and would cut them all the slack in the world... but then again, I would probably be able to talk to one of them very easily so even then it would be less of a pain.
Exactly. You can't inquire at the EA Support Center, and the game I pre-purchased is not marked as a pre-purchase, but as a regular purchase, so you can't get a refund

And that form gives what cms5469 posted earlier when you fill it with BF6 and Refund Request as the choices

I just tried the "Contact us" button in the link Danisoff shared, and was able to initiate a live chat after filling out the enquiry form (refund request was the issue I selected, the Battlefield 6, then my platform).
It looks like you have a similar form in the screenshot you shared, so you should be able to contact EA Help for assistance with a refund request.
