Battlefield 6 is not refundable
I went to the ea support center to buy Battlefield 6 on the ea app and check it to get a refund again, and I can't find a refund place or a refund mark, so please help me

Exactly. You can't inquire at the EA Support Center, and the game I pre-purchased is not marked as a pre-purchase, but as a regular purchase, so you can't get a refund
Check out the following post, at the end of the article you should click on the contact us, when clicking you should have an option to select between live chat or email.
Nope, All I get is the following:
And that form gives what cms5469 posted earlier when you fill it with BF6 and Refund Request as the choices
I just tried the "Contact us" button in the link Danisoff shared, and was able to initiate a live chat after filling out the enquiry form (refund request was the issue I selected, the Battlefield 6, then my platform).
It looks like you have a similar form in the screenshot you shared, so you should be able to contact EA Help for assistance with a refund request.
I live in Korea, so customer support doesn't seem to support me. Nothing is happening on that screen as you can see in the picture
