Battlefield 6 on RTX 3060 Ti: 2K Native with Highest OVERKILL Preset

Can It Survive?

Here, I share my experience playing Battlefield 6 on an RTX 3060 Ti VRAM 8 GB at a native 2K resolution, with absolute highest graphics preset ("OVERKILL")—without any upscaling or DLSS—comparing performance both with and without Frame Generation (FG). The system requirements for Battlefield 6 state that 12 GB of VRAM is needed to run it, but I only have 8 GB of VRAM. The results are impressive; even at 30+ FPS, I was able to hold my own against real human players from around the world—a feat usually thought to require at least 60 FPS. By ignoring various critical system failures, I find Battlefield 6 to be an FPS game that excels in many respects. Click the link below to watch the video https://youtu.be/LkJlooC_qjg

What is your entire system? Is it a laptop or desktop?

I have a laptop RTX 3060 6GB CORE I7 16GB RAM, and in Multiplayer I play on LOW 1920X1080. More than that, the computer is pretty choked

And there are maps (like the one with the train that's moving, I forgot its name) where in certain areas the game is really, really laggy, even if the FPS is above 60, it's probably the processor.

BF6 drains a lot from the system, at least that's how I feel.

  • Graphics Card (Nvidia): Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 (6 GB)

    Is the minimum requirement.

Consoles are equivalent to a 3060TI

Congratulations you are playing on a pc at console specs. Honestly Youll get better performance if you would get console.
